Fall's favorite flavor, baked the way a cookie should be. I stir real pumpkin into a brown sugar dough warmed with cinnamon, nutmeg, and a little clove, then fold in a generous helping of semi-sweet chocolate chips. The result is soft, thick, and cake-tender in the middle with just enough chew at the edges.

Baked fresh on bake day! Best enjoyed with coffee, cider, or straight from the box on the drive home.
