These are Heather's homemade take on the Little Debbie's Oatmeal Cream Pies of our youth (without all the persevatives) and they are AMAZING! With sweet and lucious homemade cream in the middle and perfectly chewy thin oatmeal cookies on the outside - these are delicious and addictive!
