These brownies have been my go-to recipe since my friend Theresa introduced me to Donna Hay almost 20 years ago! It's my take on her Triple Chocolate Brownie recipe. They are literally butter, sugar and tons of chocolate! (I don't use white chocolate in this version.) The mint frosting is delicate but enough to make the already decadent brownies THAT much better!
