Each of my kids is on a different school schedule, so every 45 minutes, someone comes into the kitchen looking for food. Parfaits have become a perfect snack to tie them over....We do Greek yogurt with yummy granola and berries. (Well one kid adds mini chocolate chips, but he has an interesting palate!)
