I’ve been making different versions of cinnamon coffee cakes recipe for years, but this one is a show stopper - per my family!
 
It has a pillowy-soft crumb, a depth of flavor that keeps you going back for more (without being too sweet) a ribbon of cinnamon sugar in the middle and a crumbly, buttery blanket of streusel on top.
 
(It will be packaged un-cut to keep it moist!)
