Babka bread has always been my family’s favorite. But it takes a while to make, and can be a bugger to get out of the pan (our version is brushed with simple syrup between bakes, and it tends to stick to the pan!) But after several different approaches, I think I have it figured out! Our babka is filled with a delicious blend of dark chocolate and cinnamon. The simple syrup really helps keep the loaf moist!
