These are my boys' favorite muffin of all time. I think it's the mix of spices (nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon and allspice) combined with the healthy pumpkin that make us all love them so much! Plus they are a great grab and go snack- our kids love them before practice! (And in case you are trying to stick to a healthy lifestyle- pumpkin is a great source of potassium and beta-carotene, which is a carotenoid that converts to vitamin A. Though there is a decent amount of sugar in these, so I can't exactly call them health food!)
Now available plain or with dark chocolate chips (so rich and smooth!).
